A Place to Meet
The Cottonwood Community Library has a beautiful meeting room available for business groups, volunteer organizations, community groups, and others to hold meetings on a regular or one-time basis. The carpeted room is well ventilated with two large windows and is supported by the libraries heating and cooling system.
The room houses a sink, small refrigerator and plenty of surface space for preparation, displays or handouts. Seating can be configured around tables, or chairs can be arranged in rows or other configurations.
There is a wall mounted, large white board for oral presentations, room for flip charts and a new widescreen TV that can accommodate full viewing of DVD presentations as well. In addition, the room can be darkened for overhead presentations.
Groups have access to two large bathrooms located away from the meeting room that are wheelchair accessible and have a wall mounted changing area for babies.
Parking is available on-site and sidewalk access is at street level with two outside doors for easy entry and deliveries.
The library is located at 3427 Main Street. If you would like to request a tour, are interested in availability or would like to obtain information on rental rates please contact our Library Services Director, Gayle Harrington during library hours at 347-4818.
