Yes, I know, I am always harping on you to back up your important stuff.

There is good reason for this. I like my customers and it is painful to occasionally have to tell a customer that his or her family pictures, music files, or whatever is gone.

It is fairly rare but I do see hard drives that fail, losing forever all the important files stored on them. Just friendly advice. Back up your important stuff!
